Diet Diary Day 5
Today is friday, and is the off day for my diet. But I did try to take note of wad I ate. Actually got no plans for exercise, but too bored so actually went to cycle for around an hour.
Exercise:
Casual Cycling for approximate 1 hour
Food Intake:
2 slice of bread with ham @ 11 Am
1 small bowl of noodles cooked myself @ 1pm
Strawberries @ 2pm (2 pcs) & 3 pm (5 pcs)
Steam Chicken with Porridge @ 4.30pm
Beef Soup with 3/4 bowl of rice @ 9pm
1 Otah With Bun @ 9 pm
1 Otah With Bun @ 10.30pm
Okay, I admit, I ate alot today, so sure getting fat... Dammit...
Ok tomorrow got Dragon boat practice, and I got to resume back to my diet plans...
Must work harder... 70 Kg Seems Further From Me compared to Yesterday...
