Long Time No Post

Nothing much really happened recently until tis few days... so long time no blog...

Yesterday run my first marathon in life and I managed to finished it in 7 hours! Yeah! So unexpected... cause I never train much haha...
And now my legs dun feel like mine... super pain and numb lolx... Also go abrasion on inner thighs super pain...

Next, I found another 4 month temp job! Yeah! Just nice until I get enlisted... Income not bad 1500 monthly about 1200 take home... Finally got something to do no nid rot at home lolx!

Last but not least, got notice that I am getting Sports merit award from RP tomorrow again. So I will be going down to RP most probably my 1 last time... and its my 1 last award I could get from RP...

Diet Plan Improvise

Last Saturday was my birthday, went to training in the morning, super tired...Was the first training where I used my Brand New Trivium paddle! Super not used to it, not still trying hard to get used... I decided to lengthen my new paddle to 49 inch, compared to my old 47 inch to seek for improvement...

Longer Paddle = Catch more water! = need more strength to control = more trainings needed!

Super Tired training cause I still not used to my new paddle, but had fun playing with my new paddle! After the training, they sang a happy birthday song, make me feel so paiseh... Den went to eat with them at bedok market before meeting my friends at Bugis eat steamboat.

Went down to bugis, meet up with my friends, eat steamboat, den went back to Yishun planning to go Orchid Country Club Play Bowling, end up playing pool~ Will Update pictures soon...

Ok, thats all for my 21st Birthday, next lets get into the main topic, my diet plans are up again today onwards, after I improvised it for 1 whole day.

These are the 10 rules and things I plan to do:
1. At least 30-45 mins of cardio, 4 times per week, but I plan to do daily.
2. Avoid Sugary Drinks!
3. More Smaller Meals Daily.
4. No Junk Food / Titbits.
5. Eat Slowly.
6. Take Stairs, brisk walk for short distance.
7. Do Cardio Before Breakfast!
8. Try to do 2-3 weight trainings per week. ( Planning to do on monday, wednesday, if possible on saturday or sunday night. )
9. Perform Cardio or weight training only 2 1/2 hours after meal.
10.Avoid meal within 45mins after exercise of all kind.

Haha, Writing it out sure is easier den maintaining them...
I also set wrote up a set of weight trainings I gonna do...

Ok Lets get into what I have done for today...
Woke Up abit late today so things I done abit late, consider failure today....

10.37am -> woke up and went for a short joggin session for 15mins
10.52am -> finished joggin and rest for 45mins before breakfast
11.40 am -> 1st meal Breakfast ( veri late one, almost considered lunch, ate mixed vegetable rice, with less rice, mince meat, fishball, beansprout )
12pm -> Finished breakfast, rest for 2 1/2 hours before I hit the gym
1.50pm -> 2nd small meal, Pancake ( Peanut Min Jiang Quey, chinese pancake x1 )
2.50pm -> Hit the gym, did the following work0uts...
- 5 mins warmup on threadmill (Jog + Sprint)
- 5 sets x 10 reps T-bar row 35kg
- 4 sets dumbbell bentover roll x 15reps 12.5kg per side ( light weight)
- 4 sets dumbbell bench press x 15 reps 12.5kg per side ( light weight)
- Lats pull down machine, 4 sets x 46.5 x 8 rep
1 set x 54 x 8 rep
- Seated Cable row x 4 sets x 80 x 12 rep
- 4 sets dumbbell lateral rise x 10 reps 5kg per side
- 4 sets dumbbell front rise x 10 reps 5kg per side

4.15 pm - gym session ended rest 45mins till lunch ( late lunch)
5,20 pm - Lunch Time! ( Japanese rice ball , Nigiri, small ones x3, with teriyaki salmon, chawamushi, chai sim vegetable, meat ball, miso soup ) Suprised that I finished everything!
5.36pm - Lunch ended, super full, shouldn't eat so much... and should eat slower...
7pm - too tired went for nap
8.50 pm - woke up and have a snack, Soyabean milk without sugar and red bean pancake ( min jiang quey again...)
10 pm - my dad cooked crab, so I got to eat some... ended up eating around 2 crabs...

So I would conclude today was not a sucess, even though I felt tired after gymming today!
Tommorow will be cardio day for me, guess I might be going swimming~

Work, Work And Work!

This few days were working, and tml will be the last day of my super short 4 day part time...

The job is super slack and boring , I just sit there for 8 hours and enter data when there is orders else stare in the air or surf forums! BORING!

But anyway, this tuesday my family celebrated my birthday in advance at a restaurant, near yishun, but the food was quite good! and because they dun know wad to get for me, they me cash to buy present!

hahahaha, i decided to buy a trivium paddle! Why did I chose that? Since i going NS, handphones and shirt and etc will be not useful to me, so I decided to go for a long term investment... Since I tink I be rowing for quite some time, so I decided to invest in a trivium paddle for long term use...

Getting a new paddle can aid in improvements and better performance, and allows me to push myself more during trainings!

So I told my frens if they wan they can fork some money out for me and consider it as they are forking a part of the money for me as well! So at the same time I get angbaos and wad I want! so happy!~

Such a satisfying week for me, as things are all as I wished~ WEEE

Tml after work I am going down to buy my paddle~ Wonder wad colour I will get?

Anyway, 9th May, this Saturday also super packed... Afternoon training den at nite got my frens celebrating with me for my birthday. Sunday going to aunt's house to celebrate mother's day and my be-lated 1 day birthday again! Wahahah this week is juz so GREAT!

This are some pictures taken on a night trail on 1 nite where TP was driving benson's family car and we visited some new locations around Singapore. ( at least all the 3 places it was my first time visiting! )

Lots of things happen in the past week

Ok lots of things happened last week, lets start from Saturday.

Saturday I had my dragonboat training, it was super tiring because we were practicing for long distance rowing, 800m... After the training we had a post- competition BBQ at angela's house. Super Awesome food, eat until I almost vomit. ( I was BBQing food and eating wadever that came out lolx )

And because there ws leftover food, in order to clear the food we actually play "Zhong ji mi ma" so whoever who hits the no. will have to eat some portion of the food. Super Fun!

After Saturday, Sunday for me was a fun experience too.

Me and My frens, Teow Poo, Weijie, and benson went to paula ubin to cycle. Not just cycling maybe...

It was my 2nd time to Puala ubin, and the first time was 2 years ago, and it seems that there are some changes there... We went to various locations on the island, and it was my first time at Chek Jawa, the natural reserve. 2 years ago it was not open to public, but now it's open to anyone. It was a nice experience there as there were lots of animals that were rarely seen.

Of course, we visited lots of other different locations, like going to various temples, visiting Jack the wild boar ( he is still there, just like the same as 2 years ago ) , climbing to the highest point of the quarry, looking for the lion shaped stone and etc...

Not forgetting to mention the 2 things that are "Memorialble" to be for this trip...

The first ting was that in order to find the hidden lion shaped stone, we had to bash into forest where there were no walking paths, so we have to explore into the forest, stepping onto branches and "Siam" tangling vines... It wasn't that bad experience, so I think my NS can survive hahaha...

Next ting, is to get up to the highest point of the quarry, climbing up wasn't the problem, because there are already paths walked out by people. But the thing is , it came to a point of a path where all the bushes were very THICK, and somehow my hair got stuck in ant hive, which was in the bushes... Den of course, I was attacked by those freaking big red ants, biting on my hair and my skin... Super pain, but super funny...

And last but not least, I think the mosquitoes were super full that day, with me and weijie feeding them... And we had a great lunch on Ubin before we came back!

Anyway, I found a job, think is short term, maybe 1 or 2 weeks only doing data entry~
